The Contractify mobile app allows your employees to login, select the job they are working on and assign tasks against individual rooms or spaces. The tasks the user can select are completely managed on the job management system, and when new tasks/rates are added, they are instantly available to be selected on the app.
These tasks are divided into categories such as Plastering, Decoration and Flooring.
The Contractify Admin Portal allows companies to manage their tasks and assign rates against them. For example, you may have a task called "Paint Door", and you assign a cost against it.
This then allows all the tasks selected for that job on the app, to be automatically broke down and calculated, generated a simple scope with the total costs for that job.
There are two downloadable options on the job management system. One is a costed speadsheet displaying prices and total costs and the other is an uncosted spreadsheet only showing tasks.
You are then able to download the appropriate scope, and email it to your client.
